Wish to give yourself a boost in stats just like in game? Well now you can! These easy to follow recipes will allow you to eat what your characters eat, and maybe even give you some vitality or dexterity of your own! While your characters may only eat one dish at a time, I’ve taken the liberty of making a few that complement each other for a nice, complete meal. It is recommended that you have at least a level 15 Culinarian before you attempt these.
Loaghtan Cordon Bleu (aka: Beef Cordon Bleu):

What you will need:
1 ½ lbs ground beef
4 eggs
1 small onion (finely chopped)
1 (1 ¼ ounce) packages onion soup mix, dry
½ cup rolled oats ( can be blended in a blender for finer crumbs)
8 slices ham or 8 slices bacon
8 slices mozzarella cheese
breadcrumbs
1 (10 ½ ounce) cans mushroom soup, undiluted
1 cup milk
2 teaspoons flour

What to do:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
In a large bowl combine: 1 ½ lbs ground beef, 2 eggs, chopped onions, 1 package onion soup mix, and ½ cup rolled oats. Mix together by hand, careful not to play with the meat too much as it will cause it to be tough. (My onions were kind of chunky though)

Make 8 thin patties out of the mixture.
Place 1 piece of ham or bacon and 1 piece of cheese in the middle of each flattened out patty
Fold over and be sure the cheese and bacon are covered.

In a small bowl whip 2 eggs. In another small bowl or on a plate place bread crumbs.

Dip the beef rolls into the egg wash and then roll in the bread crumbs until it is completely covered.
Place into casserole dish. Do this for each patty.
Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees or until done. Cooking time may vary depending on your oven.

To the make gravy mix the milk, flour, and soup.
Pour the gravy over rolls and bake until sauce bubbles.

Button Mushroom Saute:

What you will need:
3 small shallots
1 package of mushrooms (button, white, or porcini mushrooms work)
1 clove garlic
Olive oil
What to do:
Dice shallots, slice mushrooms and mince the garlic.

Over a hot stove in a skillet, pour some olive oil. Once hot, place shallots in the pan first. (You don’t need that much oil, I just happened to use bacon grease from a different dish I was making)

Once a little golden add your mushrooms. Be sure to constantly stir around.
After a couple of minutes, add your garlic last as it doesn’t take long for garlic to cook. Continue to stir around.
When your mushrooms get a nice golden color, it’s done!

Honey Muffins:

What you will need:
2 cups all-purpose flour
½ cup sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 large egg
1 cup 2% milk
¼ cup butter, melted
¼ cup honey
What to do:
Preheat oven to 400°. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. In a small bowl, combine egg, milk, butter and honey. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups three-fourths full.

Bake 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Cool 5 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack. Serve warm.
